We can only dream

 

I know I haven't posted in quite a while but I thought better late than never right? I am not going to say new year new me because we all know sometimes life gets in the way of things that we want to do like writing blog posts. But I am going to try and get some posts scheduled so I post regularly. 

Something I do want to do is eat my way around the world, or different countries at least. My happy place is watching Rosie Maio and her family. She is an Italian youtuber and her videos are just very relaxed. Usually they are of her and her family or she follows her mum around as she runs her restaurant business (she is such a boss mumma this lady!!). It seems largely a very simple way of living in italy. Very fresh produce that has very little done to it. Quality is the way. 

I an going to kick off the series (Once I have planned it) in Italy. I would love to visit there one day but for now in depth research and finding traditional recipes to try will have to suffice. If there are any countries or specific recipes you want me to try please pop me a message or comment below.

But in the mean time, I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and new year and I hope that all your hopes, dreams, and wishes for this year come to you easily.
