Shamrock Mudslide Milkshake
A boozy, decadent, and festive St. Patrick’s Day treat!
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 500 ml vanilla ice cream
- 60 ml Baileys Irish Cream (or any Irish cream liqueur)
- 30 ml chocolate liqueur
- 120 ml milk (adjust for thickness)
- 3-4 drops green food coloring
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Chocolate syrup (for garnish)
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, Baileys, chocolate liqueur, milk, and green food coloring. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup inside your serving glasses for a swirled effect.
- Pour the milkshake into the glasses and top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles, and enjoy with a festive straw!
Make it Non-Alcoholic:
Skip the Baileys and chocolate liqueur, and replace them with 2 tbsp (30 ml) chocolate syrup and 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract for a kid-friendly version.
